This Office Assistant position supports day-to-day administrative operations in a busy Brooklyn setting. The role typically handles front desk coverage, answering phones, greeting visitors, sorting and filing documents, entering basic data, preparing routine correspondence, and helping coordinate office supplies and records. Additional duties may include scheduling appointments, tracking simple reports, scanning paperwork, and assisting staff with general clerical tasks as needed. A baseline of prior office, customer service, or administrative experience is helpful, along with solid communication skills, attention to detail, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple routine tasks with accuracy.
