Title: IT Security Analyst
Location: Lansing, MI (Only Locals)

We are looking for a Compliance Analyst to support system security planning, compliance, and governance activities for enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain System Security Plans (SSPs) and support Authority to Operate (ATO) processes
Conduct security risk assessments and ensure compliance with NIST standards
Collaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and security teams to implement security controls
Coordinate security testing, vulnerability scanning, and remediation efforts
Monitor Plans of Action & Milestones (POA&M) and corrective actions
Support system data classification and governance activities
Required Skills:
1 3 years of IT, Cybersecurity, or Compliance experience
Knowledge of NIST , Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), SSP, and ATO processes
Strong communication and documentation skills
Bachelor's/Associate's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience, or relevant IT Certification
