Job Description & Skill Requirements:
Develop and execute strategic supply chain initiatives that support business growth, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and financial performance objectives.
Lead supply chain planning, procurement, sourcing, inventory management, logistics, and supplier management activities while ensuring alignment with customer requirements and organizational goals.
Partner with executive leadership, customers, suppliers, engineering, operations, and finance teams to drive supply chain strategies, risk mitigation plans, and business continuity initiatives.
Oversee supply chain managers and functional teams, providing leadership, talent development, succession planning, and performance management to strengthen organizational capability.
Drive supplier performance, cost optimization, inventory efficiency, contract management, and continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven decision-making and strategic execution.
