The Role:

You will manage the full cycle recruiting process for a designated set of client search assignments while providing mentorship and guidance to the recruiting team as a subject matter expert. At SpecialtyCare we take a proactive approach to recruiting with a focus on best practices and process improvement. This role recruits for candidates with a broad skill set and requires someone with the ability to understand and determine personality and skill match.

 

What you'll be responsible for:

Manage the recruiting process for assigned client search assignments, including attracting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer/placement process. 

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to identify and attract both active and passive job seekers.

Act as a subject matter expert and provide recruiting advice that enables clients to address and resolve complex staffing issues by acquiring industry knowledge, competitive market data, etc.

Source candidates through a variety of creative methods including online job boards, social media, networking, advertising, email blasts, and referrals.

Build our talent pipeline by continuously sourcing and recruiting candidates for current and future needs

Attend networking events to build contacts and source new talent; events may include career fairs, professional conferences, college visits. 

Conduct pre-screening, present candidates to clients, coordinate interviews and travel, and support all parties during the selection process.

Provide a high-level candidate experience by responding to questions professionally and timely and assisting/coordinating any other candidate needs.

Maintain strong working relationships with clients on active search assignments by scheduling routine meetings, discussing and evaluating search progress, and providing weekly updates. 

Manage the candidate and search assignment process through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS); ensure regulatory aspects of the recruiting process are compliant with company policy and federal/state legislation.

Build and develop relationships with industry contacts to gain industry knowledge and candidate referrals.

Identify and implement opportunities to enhance the recruitment process.

Lead projects from initiation to implementation to evaluation.

Mentor and provide guidance to other team members.

Stay up to date on the latest industry trends, recruiting tools and share best practices with the recruiting team.

What we are looking for : 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.

Five (5+) years of recruiting/sourcing experience in healthcare staffing agency environment.

Equivalent combination of education and experience, acceptable.
