Salary: $114,080 - 218,030 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree, or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
• We require 6 years of infrastructure experience with demonstrated technical depth in a specific discipline or technology, including 2 years in a systems operations environment supporting complex deployments and infrastructure management, or comparable IT experience such as IT management, software development, data engineering, or agile product/release management.
• We require 4 years of experience creating, changing, and maintaining infrastructure and individual system components.
• We need advanced business acumen in business operations, risk management, industry practices, and emerging trends.
• We require knowledge of designing scalable IT infrastructures, implementing system changes, or automating service delivery and maintenance tasks.
• We require demonstrated experience working with cloud technologies and tools.
• We value deep experience administering and engineering Snowflake at enterprise scale.
• We value proven experience supporting large-scale SaaS or cloud-native platforms.
• We value strong understanding of Snowflake architecture, performance tuning, security, governance, and networking.
• We value experience implementing Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and Git-based deployment practices.

• We independently resolve highly complex production issues and lead troubleshooting for end-to-end solutions spanning multiple systems.
• We analyze end-to-end system failures and identify opportunities across connected systems, then recommend the best solutions to business leaders.
• We experiment with new patterns and technologies on our own initiative.
• We help define and strengthen engineering best practices, concepts, and patterns with peers and the business.
• We stay customer-focused and proactively identify innovative ideas and solutions for the product and business.
• We mentor engineers and provide technical coaching on the design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of enterprise platform solutions.
• We develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions and CI/CD pipelines to automate platform deployment and operations.
• We ensure risks tied to business activities are identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in line with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
