Note: This is a Hybrid role and we are looking for someone to come into our Reston, VA location. We are seeking a Senior Capture Manager to lead strategic federal and defense pursuits from qualification through award. This role drives win strategy, competitive positioning, and proposal readiness to increase probability of award and fuel growth. The Senior Capture Manager partners closely with business development, delivery leaders, technical SMEs, and executives to shape opportunities and develop compelling, differentiated capture strategies.
