At Entyre Care, we believe family caregivers are heroes—and they deserve a system that treats them like it.
Our mission is simple and urgent: to help families care for their loved ones at home with dignity, stability, and the financial support they deserve.
We're rebuilding the long-term care experience from the ground up by delivering exceptional support at speed, eliminating unnecessary friction for families, and operating with ownership, compassion, and excellence that sets a new standard for the industry.
If you're looking to join a mission-driven team that moves with urgency, serves with heart, and is committed to creating transformational outcomes for families, we'd love to meet you.
About the Role
We're looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing Customer Experience team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while achieving ambitious sales goals.
As a Sales Representative, you'll serve as the first point of contact for prospective families, guiding them through the initial eligibility process and helping them understand how Entyre Care can support them. You'll manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, qualify prospective customers, and convert opportunities into appointments for our Nurses and Care Managers.
We're seeking compassionate, empathetic, and ambitious individuals who combine strong communication skills with a sales mindset and enjoy making a meaningful difference in people's lives.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service while conducting eligibility assessments for prospective clients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders via phone and email.
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with prospective families interested in learning more about Entyre Care's services.
Build rapport with prospective customers by understanding their needs, challenges, and goals to determine eligibility and service fit.
Successfully qualify and convert prospective customers into appointments for our clinical care teams.
Accurately maintain customer records, notes, and follow-up activities within HubSpot CRM.
Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas, KPIs, and performance metrics established by the Director of Customer Experience.
Analyze customer feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the customer journey.
Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and data using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ensure all customer interactions comply with healthcare regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices.
Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail while taking ownership of assigned tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
Results-oriented with a strong sales mindset and a passion for exceeding goals.
An outstanding communicator with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, empathetic, and genuinely motivated to help families navigate important care decisions.
Comfortable managing a high volume of customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
A proactive self-starter who takes ownership and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
Adaptable and eager to learn new processes, systems, and healthcare programs.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, call center, or customer success roles.
Experience managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience in healthcare, insurance, or human services is an advantage, but not required.
