Represent Flock at city council meetings, public hearings, and community forums, delivering testimony and formal presentations.
Build and sustain regional coalitions with influential community groups and third-party partners to support public safety policy initiatives.
Collaborate with internal sales and communications teams to align public affairs strategies with regional growth goals and customer enablement.
Establish structured communication rhythms with external regional stakeholders to maintain consistent dialogue on public safety outcomes.
This isn't an internal communications or PR writing role, you will spend your time in the field engaging external political and community stakeholders directly.
This is not a purely reactive policy function, you will proactively build third-party coalitions and establish long-term relationships before municipal debates arise.
This isn't a rigid desk job, you will adapt to dynamic regional travel schedules and evening city council meeting timelines.
Direct experience engaging local executive officials, city managers, or council members within government, campaign, or public advocacy roles .
Demonstrated capability to articulate complex public policy and technology concepts clearly across formal testimony, presentations, and community discussions.
Sophisticated understanding of regional municipal politics, city council dynamics, and bipartisan coalition building.
Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with influential community organizations and grassroots stakeholders.
Experience in public policy, business, or related professional environments .
