Lay pipe in trenches independently.
Load and unload materials and maintain a clean, organized job site.
Safely operate hand and power tools.
Follow all company safety procedures.
Previous construction experience required.
Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift 50+ lbs.
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
