Now Hiring: Experienced New Construction Plumbers 

We're looking for skilled and dependable experienced plumbers to join our growing team!

Projects Include:

• New Construction
• Single-Family Residential
• Multi-Family Residential
• Tenant Improvements (TI)
• Remodels & Commercial Projects

Compensation Range: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour*

What You'll Do:  

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems (water, gas, and drains)
• Handle residential and commercial projects, including remodels and new construction
• Complete timely and thorough plumbing work based on estimated deadlines 
• Deliver clear communication and great customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and jobsite
• Basic familiarity with ServiceTitan for dispatch and closure of jobs.
• Ability to communicate with Dispatch Manager on daily work and job status.
• Work closely with project leads and senior plumbers
• Follow all company safety standards and local plumbing codes  

What You Bring:  

• 2+ years of plumbing experience 
• Experience in rough-in and finish plumbing
• Ability to  work independently
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• A professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach
• Comfortable  lifting up to 75 lbs and working in crawl spaces or on ladders
• Tech-savvy enough to use apps for job tracking

• Background checks are conducted post-offer per the California Fair Chance Act (we review all cases individually)
• This role involves entering customer homes, business and job sites - professionalism and safety are non-negotiable
• English fluency  required ; additional languages (Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog, Hindi) are a plus
• Based in San Jose, CA, with dispatch from our local office  
• *This compensation range is a good faith estimate of the expected wage range you can expect to be paid upon hire.
