Pizza Chef / Line Cook

Bluebird Distilling & Dough House | Phoenixville, PA

Bluebird Distilling & Dough House is a brand-new, chef-driven restaurant located inside Bluebird Distilling, one of Pennsylvania's most recognized craft distilleries. We're building a team of passionate cooks who want to grow, learn, and help create one of the region's premier pizza and small plates programs.

This is an opportunity to work alongside an accomplished Executive Chef with more than 10 years of experience in some of Philadelphia's top restaurants. Whether you're an experienced pizza maker or a strong line cook looking to learn artisan pizza, we'd love to meet you.

• Prepare and execute artisan pizzas with consistency and attention to detail.
• Work multiple stations including pizza, pantry, and small plates.
• Assist with dough production, fermentation, and daily prep.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
• Uphold high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and teamwork.
• Help build and refine a growing restaurant from the ground up.

• Experience making artisan pizza or working on a professional line is preferred.
• Passion for great food, dough fermentation, and continuous learning.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.

• Work in a brand-new, state-of-the-art kitchen built from the ground up.
• Cook on a top-of-the-line carbon fiber Polin three-deck electric oven with steam injection—one of the finest pizza ovens available.
• Learn artisan dough production, long fermentation, and modern pizza techniques.
• Work with premium equipment, high-quality ingredients, and a chef-driven menu.
• Train under an Executive Chef with extensive experience in Philadelphia's top restaurant kitchens.
