REQUIRED SKILLS
Notes :
5+ years dedicated Organizational Change Management experience required.
Large-scale business transformation and technology implementation experience required.
Experience with stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness planning, and adoption measurement required.
Prosci certification preferred.
Experience supporting workforce management, procurement, HR technology, or contingent workforce programs preferred.
Candidate should understand contractor lifecycle processes including onboarding, assignment management, extensions, offboarding, governance, and reporting
