Office Assistant Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 to $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls with professional phone etiquette.
• Perform general clerical duties, including mail, fax, scan & shred.
• Reconcile weekly expense reports.
• Responsible for handling the credit reference process.
• Receipt invoices for inventory.
• Provide administrative support to various departments by assisting with personal assistant tasks and office management duties.

Office Assistant Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills and office management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and computer literacy.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to manage time efficiently while prioritizing responsibilities to ensure smooth office operations.
