Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
-Provide end-to-end support to merchants in our target regions, covering account registration, product listing, daily operations, and after-sales service.
-Act as a communication bridge between local merchants and the headquarters team, conveying merchant needs to improve overall experience and drive sales growth.
-Collaborate with the Business Development (BD) team to address and fulfill merchant requests effectively.
-Conduct market research on the local e-commerce environment and competitive landscape to support the team's strategic expansion efforts.

Job Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree or higher.
-Meet at least 2 of these:
1) E-commerce platform experience (domestic/international).
2) Understanding of advertising/marketing; active on social apps.
3) Research skills and interest in analytical work.
