Salary: $93,770 - 179,240 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree, or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
• We require 4 years of infrastructure experience showing strong technical depth in a specific discipline or related IT experience such as IT management, software development, data engineering, or Agile product/release management.
• We require 2 years of experience creating, modifying, and maintaining infrastructure and individual system components.
• We require a solid level of business acumen across business operations, risk management, industry practices, and emerging trends.
• We require knowledge of designing scalable IT system infrastructures, implementing system changes, or automating service delivery and maintenance work.
• We require a basic understanding of cloud technologies and tools.

• We design scalable IT infrastructure under limited supervision and implement system changes with consistency and independence.
• We automate service delivery and maintenance tasks, and build monitoring and tooling for systems.
• We troubleshoot and resolve complex production technology issues independently.
• We analyze major outages and identify opportunities for improvement.
• We apply engineering best practices, concepts, and patterns consistently.
• We identify customer needs and help shape solutions with some support.
• We evaluate potential technology solutions with limited oversight.
• We mentor junior engineers and guide peers on engineering practices, platform operations, and problem solving.
• We develop and maintain infrastructure as code solutions and CI/CD pipelines to automate platform deployment and operations.
