Industrial Painter Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $25.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 05:00pm to 05:00am )

• Prepare surfaces by sanding, cleaning, taping, and masking materials for painting.
• Apply paint and coatings according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Inspect finished products to ensure proper coverage and appearance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.
• Follow production schedules and communicate material or supply needs as needed.

Industrial Painter Qualifications:

• Previous painting, surface preparation, manufacturing, construction, or auto body experience preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools, sanders, grinders, and other prep equipment safely and effectively.
• Must be able to read and follow work instructions while maintaining quality standards.
• Reliable attendance, strong attention to detail, and ability to work as part of a team.
• Must be able to train on the first shift for 4-6 weeks.
