About the Role

You'll be the GTM Lead at Delvo, bringing deep strategic procurement credibility to build and close enterprise deals. You'll work directly with C-level and procurement leadership at large German enterprises and Mittelstand companies, positioning Delvo as a trusted strategic partner. Your expertise will enable the entire GTM organization to speak procurement fluently and sell with real credibility.

What You'll Do

• Own deals end-to-end: create pipeline, move deals forward, and activate them with hands-on commercial execution.
• Build and nurture relationships with C-level and Einkaufsleiter stakeholders at large enterprises and Mittelstand companies across Germany.
• Position Delvo within customers' strategic procurement agendas and competitive landscapes.
• Run workshops and deep-dive sessions with partners and customers that turn procurement expertise into qualified pipeline.
• Lead consultative discovery conversations around procurement strategy, negotiation performance, spend visibility, and supplier risk.
• Coach the GTM team (AEs, BDRs, GTM Engineers, Deployment Strategists) to speak fluent procurement language and sell with credibility.
• Represent Delvo at executive meetings, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
• Feed market, customer, and competitive insights back into product and company strategy.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in strategic procurement roles.
• Proven track record working with large enterprises and Mittelstand companies in Germany on strategic procurement positioning.
• Direct experience engaging C-level and Einkaufsleiter stakeholders—not just category managers.
• Commercially driven mindset: you want to create, move, and close deals, not advise from the sidelines.
• Comfort running and collaborating on workshops with partners and customers.
• Fluency in German and English.
• High ownership and adaptability in a founder-led, rapidly evolving environment.
