Klasik Fit is a growing wellness company dedicated to helping people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives. We partner with luxury residential communities, municipalities, corporations, hotels, and private clients to deliver premium fitness experiences that are welcoming, inclusive, and results-driven.

We're looking for an energetic, reliable, and experienced Group Fitness Instructor who is passionate about building community through movement. This role will launch with 2-3 classes per week , with excellent opportunity to grow as programming expands.

Position Overview

Our newest instructor will teach classes at our partner facility in the Bal Harbour Municipality , leading engaging, motivating workouts for residents and community members.

We're specifically seeking someone who can teach Barre , Body Sculpt , and other popular group fitness formats. In addition to scheduled classes, this individual will lead a weekly Fitness Equipment Orientation designed to help residents become comfortable using the community fitness center safely and effectively.

This role is ideal for someone who is also a certified personal trainer , as there will be opportunities to build a personal training clientele through Klasik Fit, including both community-based clients and our in-home personal training services.

Initial Schedule

• 2-3 group fitness classes per week
• Primary class times around 8:00 AM
• One weekly Fitness Equipment Orientation/Instruction class
• Opportunity for additional classes as participation grows
• Opportunities for personal training sessions

What You'll Do

• Lead fun, safe, and engaging group fitness classes
• Teach Barre, Body Sculpt, strength, functional fitness, or similar formats
• Modify exercises for all fitness levels
• Create an encouraging and inclusive environment
• Lead weekly equipment orientation sessions, teaching members how to safely and effectively use strength and cardio equipment
• Arrive prepared and on time for every class
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Represent the Klasik Fit brand with exceptional customer service
• Build relationships that can lead to personal training opportunities

Qualifications

Required

• Nationally recognized Group Fitness Certification (AFAA, ACE, NASM, ACSM, ISSA, or equivalent)
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Experience teaching group fitness classes
• Excellent communication and motivational skills
• Reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred

• Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, ISSA, or equivalent)
• Experience teaching Barre
• Experience teaching Body Sculpt or strength-based classes
• Ability to teach multiple class formats including HIIT, Bootcamp, Core, Functional Training, Stretch & Mobility, or Yoga
• Experience working with diverse populations and varying fitness levels

Job Type: Part-Time
