Electro-Mechanical Assembler Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $22.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 05:30am to 04:00pm )

• Assemble electro-mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products according to specifications.
• Perform precision soldering on electronic components, circuit boards, wires, and connectors.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, assembly drawings, and work instructions.
• Route and connect wiring harnesses and electronic components.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and testing equipment.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure assemblies meet company and customer standards.
• Troubleshoot and identify assembly issues and collaborate with engineering or quality teams for resolution.
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and production goals.

Electro-Mechanical Assembler Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience.
• Strong soldering experience, including fine-detail work.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and electronic schematics.
• Experience using hand tools, measurement tools, and testing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or GED required.
