Come build something real at a fast-growing tech startup, where your work on day one actually moves the business. We're looking for someone who wants to run paid media as its own end-to-end function.

The Role

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you'll own the entire paid media operation: strategy, technical setup, execution, and optimization. You'll be the person who understands the technical backbone of every campaign, from platform and event setup to analytics and A/B testing, across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, and emerging AI/chat advertising platforms. This is a role for someone drawn to the technical side of marketing who wants to run the whole show, not manage a piece of it.

What you'll do:

• Own paid media strategy and execution across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, and emerging AI/chat platforms
• Set up and maintain platform configurations, event tracking, and conversion pixels across all channels
• Run technical audits to identify tracking gaps, attribution issues, or setup problems
• Build and manage a structured A/B testing program across creative, audience, and campaign structure
• Own reporting and analytics, translating data into clear optimization decisions
• Direct creative testing and collaborate with the creative team on new formats and messaging
• Evaluate and pilot new channels, including AI-driven platforms, as they become viable

What you bring:

• 4-6 years in digital marketing, paid social, or performance advertising, including hands-on technical work
• Demonstrated experience owning platform setup, event tracking, and analytics implementation, not just managing budgets
• A track record of running structured A/B tests and using the results to drive real optimization
• Comfort working across a wide, evolving set of ad platforms
• Strong analytical ability and fluency in GA4 or comparable analytics tools
• High ownership mindset: capable of running the full paid media function independently

Bonus: experience building out paid media programs from scratch, or working in a startup environment
