The Boogie Lab team is looking for a passionate, hard-working Cashier/Front of House Associate to join us at BOOGIE LAB Bakery & Bistro in Washington Heights.
BOOGIE LAB is a neighborhood bakery and bistro bringing artisan sourdough baking to uptown Manhattan. Our menu draws on the idea that sourdough should be made with only 3 ingredients, flour, salt and water.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Welcome all guests as they enter the store and provide them with an inviting and memorable experience.
Efficiently and accurately take customer orders using our POS system, ensuring all transactions are correct and complete.
Provide the highest level of customer service, addressing any questions or requests promptly and courteously.
Have a thorough understanding of our menu items, including ingredients, allergies and benefits, to help customers make informed choices.
Assist in preparing and delivering delicious food items to guests, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
Restock stations regularly to ensure they are clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
Follow all policies and procedures for health and food safety, ensuring an inviting environment for both guests and team members.
Collaborate with your manager and team members to maintain smooth operations and a positive work atmosphere.
Support with any additional duties assigned.
