Assistant Property Manager Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:30am to 05:00pm )

• Process applications, resident paperwork, lease documents, and annual renewals.
• Assist residents with questions, requests, and housing-related services.
• Collect rent payments, maintain records, and prepare deposits.
• Maintain resident files, waiting lists, and office documentation.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and provide general administrative support.

Assistant Property Manager Qualifications:

• Previous office, administrative, property management, leasing, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong computer, data entry, organization, and communication skills required.
• Ability to handle confidential information and maintain accurate records.
• Professional customer service skills and ability to work with diverse populations.
• High School Diploma or GED required; property management or housing experience preferred

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
