 Apartment Maintenance Technician at 21 South at Parkview Apartments | Baton Rouge, LA | Full-Time | On-site 

Pay: $19.00 to $23.00 an hour + Bonuses $3,000+ a year
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM with on-call rotation every other week

What You’ll Be Doing

• Completing work orders efficiently and professionally
• Preparing units between residents (make-readies)
• Painting, staining, and light carpentry
• Preventative maintenance and exterior repairs
• Occasional on-call coverage (just one property!)
• Supporting housing inspections and safety protocols

Skills We're Looking For

• 2+ years of general maintenance experience
• 6+ months apartment maintenance experience
• Basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair skills
• HVAC repair experience and EPA certification
• Pool experience and CPO certification preferred
• Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset
• Willingness to complete basic safety training within 30 days

A hands-on skills demo will be part of the interview process.
